Clinical Information & Confidentiality

  • I strongly advise all clients to register with their local hospital to ensure safe access to care if complications arise.

  • For antenatal education, you must continue midwifery care with your local NHS trust.​​

  • another provider (e.g., hospital, GP) needs details for safe care,

  • I am legally required to share information (e.g., safeguarding concerns),

  • regulatory or clinical audits require access,

  • you raise concerns requiring investigation.

I am a member of Zest Midwives. They may request anonymised records for audits. Results may be shared publicly but never in a way that identifies you.
